A big shout out to Air Docs tech “David” and Air Docs Inc!! I had an issue with my AC last night and left a VM with them. Within minutes Ashley called me back and had David come to my house. In addition to answering our questions and completing a very thorough preventative maintenance on both of our units, he tweaked the WiFi thermostats I installed.

We had a noisy AC system. I thought it was my fan but Beau checked everything out and it was a kink in the return duct work that was chocking off air flow and causing a bad rumble and whirring effect. He corrected it and now it is super quiet again.

I scheduled a service call with Air Docs because my AC could not keep its temperature as the outside temp rose. My inquiry was followed up with promptly and they had someone out next day as I told them it was urgent. David was my technician and he went deeper on a diagnostic than I’ve ever seen which led to finding the problem. Jeffery worked an after hours call for us and was kind and very efficient. He was quick and quiet— very considerate of the house full of sleeping kids! We were thankful to only have a few hours with no air!

Couldn't have asked for a better service person. Tyler was great! He explained everything in detail which is what we like. Very polite, trustworthy, honest, respectful, and very knowledgeable. Loves animals. Air docs offers a maintenance agreement which includes two thorough visits per year. As a valued customer with maintenance agreement, they offer discounts for future services. We’ve had two emergencies (no fault of AirDocs) and a service person was dispatched immediately. Fabulous service. I suppose I shouldn’t give Tyler so many kudos because it will be hard to schedule him when we need him. LOL. Thank you Tyler and AirDocs!!
