Great professional and knowledgeable service from our technician Tyler. Being new to Florida we had many questions about the best practices for cooling, humidity and eliminating mold. In addition to answering our questions and completing a very thorough preventative maintenance on both of our units, he tweaked the WiFi thermostats I installed.

Came out in ten minuets and fixed it in 15-20 minutes

We had a noisy AC system. I thought it was my fan but Beau checked everything out and it was a kink in the return duct work that was chocking off air flow and causing a bad rumble and whirring effect. He corrected it and now it is super quiet again.

I scheduled a service call with Air Docs because my AC could not keep its temperature as the outside temp rose. My inquiry was followed up with promptly and they had someone out next day as I told them it was urgent. David was my technician and he went deeper on a diagnostic than I’ve ever seen which led to finding the problem. Air Docs of SWFL has been, and continues to be, the most reliable and reasonable AC/HVAC companies in the area. Although based in Babcock, they travel all over to provide outstanding service to their customers. Their tech, Tyler, is incredible. We had to call on a Sunday (which we felt bad doing), since we thought the AC had given out. Alas, it was just "user error." Tyler took it in stride.
