When my A/C unit had a message pop up on my thermostat that said the unit wasn’t functioning properly, I called AirDocs. Several people in Babcock had recommended them and I could not be more pleased with their service! Jeffrey was punctual, professional and did not try to upsell me on anything. He thoroughly explained the system readings he took and provided pictures of everything he did. Just as importantly, he was not condescending at all in his explanations or demeanor. I signed a service agreement that has specific benefits for Babcock Ranch residents and I highly recommend AirDocs. 10/10

Tyler has been doing maintenance on our units for 3 years. The A/C wasn’t blowing cold air over the weekend and we called, they said one of the technicians would be there Sunday afternoon. I can’t say enough good things about Airdocs. Marty answered the phone on a Thursday evening and talked me through a quick fix so we didn’t have to suffer through an evening with no AC. Another company would have put me through to an emergency line and charged me a service call to have someone come out for the quick fix he talked me through. He is a great guy and it shows by the way he runs his business.

They also have done a full semi annual service on the unit and provided me with pictures of the work they did and showed me the technical details of the service. A mini split coil in the garage developed a pinhole leak. A replacement coil would have taken 2+ weeks to obtain so I opted to replace the whole unit. Marty arranged for next day installation and did the work himself. My antique Jaguar can now tolerate the hot Florida weather. Highly recommend Air Docs and Marty’s whole team

What a blessing these people are! After dealing with an illusory warranty for parts and service on our Carrier A/C in Crescent Lakes, Babcock Ranch, we had had enough. For 11 days in January of this year, we were without air conditioning or heat, with the temperature in our house some days in the 30s when we woke up! The compressor on the Carrier A/C had gone bad according to Meritage's A/C contractor Diamond Mechanical Inc. Then we found out from them that they had replaced dozens of Carrier compressors that had gone bad in Crescent Lakes. It was a systemic manufacturing defect. Then this week, the SECOND Carrier compressor we received went bad, according to Diamond Mechanical Inc. The first night it was 82 degrees in our house. The next day we were told by Meritage and Diamond Mechanical Inc. that it would be at least a week before we could get a replacement for the second compressor. But we had to go to the East coast of Florida for serious medical tests my husband needed and had been waiting 2 and 1/2 months for. In addition, with the temperature in the 80s and 90s we were worried about mold getting into our home while we were gone for a week, and we could not sleep at night in the heat! In addition, we have a son who is disabled from birth and is very heat sensitive. We did not want him to suffer anymore. So, having determined that a "warranty" on inherently defective equipment is actually useless when the equipment keeps breaking and your house is not inhabitable, we decided to take drastic action. We had heard from neighbors how impressive and honest Air Docs was, and decided we needed them. They came over and determined that not only did we have a problem with the compressor, but we also had a leak in the refrigerant that resulted in it being almost gone, and that is why our A/C system was making very loud noises. In fact, one of our neighbors had posted on Facebook about the noise because they didn't know which house it was coming from. No one, until this time, had told us that. We hired Air Docs to take out the Carrier A/C and put in a whole new A/C system, inside and out. It was expensive, but it was worth it to know that if we leave to go out of town, we don't have to worry about our house being full of mold when we get back because defective A/C equipment keeps getting installed in our house under an illusory warranty. They kept the job clean while installing a whole house dehumidifier as well as correcting all the lack of sealing the ducts that Lennar did not do with a new build home!
