Air Docs of SWFL has been, and continues to be, the most reliable and reasonable AC/HVAC companies in the area. Although based in Babcock, they travel all over to provide outstanding service to their customers. Their tech, Tyler, is incredible. We had to call on a Sunday (which we felt bad doing), since we thought the AC had given out. Alas, it was just "user error." Tyler took it in stride. Air Docs is an asset to the communities they serve! Oh, and it's a family run company!

When my A/C unit had a message pop up on my thermostat that said the unit wasn’t functioning properly, I called AirDocs. Several people in Babcock had recommended them and I could not be more pleased with their service! Jeffrey was punctual, professional and did not try to upsell me on anything. He thoroughly explained the system readings he took and provided pictures of everything he did. Just as importantly, he was not condescending at all in his explanations or demeanor.
