Renee N.
Hi, I’m Renee your CSR /dispatcher. I’m passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive on finding solutions that make customers happy. In my role as a CSR I focus on building trust with my customers through clear communication and a proactive approach, always aiming to turn potentially difficult situations into opportunities to strengthen our customer relationships.
I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work with at Air Docs. Their guidance and support make a huge difference every day.
Outside of my Air Docs family I enjoy the out doors, walking, spending time at the beach, watching nascar and spending quality time with my children and grandchildren and my goofy boxer Tippy!
David M.
Hi, I’m David, an HVAC Technician with 1 year at Air Docs. My main expertise is installation and service work. I take a lot of pride in doing quality work and being honest with customers. I believe great service means showing up on time, communicating clearly, and treating every home with respect.
What I enjoy most about working at Air Docs is the team and the company’s commitment to doing things the right way. I love helping homeowners feel comfortable and confident in their systems, especially by explaining things in a way that actually makes sense.
Customers can expect professionalism, reliability, and someone who truly cares about getting the job done right.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active and fishing.
A tip I always share with customers is that regular maintenance can save a lot of money and stress in the long run.
I am EPA Universal & A2L Certified.
Tyler M.
Hi, I’m Tyler. I’ve been working in the HVAC industry for over 25 years, and as a Florida native, I understand exactly what our heat and humidity can do to a home comfort system. Living and working here my whole life has given me firsthand experience with the challenges Florida homeowners face, and I take pride in helping families stay cool and comfortable year-round. Over the years, I’ve worked on just about every type of system you can imagine.
My goal on every service call is simple: diagnose the issue correctly, explain it clearly, and provide a solution you can trust. I believe homeowners deserve honesty, quality work, and straight answers.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and son. Family means everything to me. I also love cooking, being outdoors, skiing, shark tooth hunting, and traveling whenever I get the chance.
I’ve been with Air Docs Inc. for almost two years, and what I appreciate most is the company’s commitment to doing things the right way. We focus on quality workmanship, honesty, and treating customers like family. It feels good to be part of a team that truly cares about the people we serve and stands behind the work we do.
A Tip I Always Share With Customers is that one of the easiest ways to protect your AC system is to change your air filter regularly — especially here in Florida. A clogged filter restricts airflow, makes your system work harder, increases your energy bills, and can lead to unnecessary repairs. Keeping a clean filter in your system helps it run efficiently and can extend its lifespan.

Jeffrey S.
Hi, I’m Jeff. I’ve been with Air Docs for 2 years now. I’m most proud of my integrity and workmanship. Some things that I’m interested in include hiking, camping and fishing. One of my favorite local spots is Caloosahatchee regional trials and camp. I have 5 kids and my wife Brianna at home. Most people don’t know this but my passion is cooking. My favorite weather is cooler/fall vibes.
The best part of working for Air Docs is we’re all part of a team and work together to find solutions that benefit each member of the community.
One tip I’ll always share with a homeowner is how to maintain their own condensate drains as they are one of the most common issues that we see in the field.
